Electric Medical Lab Centrifuge BO 800
-
This centrifuge, based on centrifugal separation technology, can separate particles of different densities, sizes, and shapes, and is suitable for biochemical research such as cell collection and DNA extraction. It uses an AC 220V 50Hz power supply, with a motor power of 25W, a rotating speed range of 400-4000 rpm, a centrifugal capacity of 20ml×6, and a relative centrifugal force of up to 1790×g.
-
The centrifuge supports 1-60 minutes timing or continuous operation mode. Before use, it should be placed on a stable workbench in a clean and tidy environment with moderate temperature, humidity, and good ventilation. During operation, the speed control knob must first be set to the minimum position, and the centrifuge tubes should be placed symmetrically with equal amounts of substances to ensure stable operation of the instrument.
Description
I. Overview
Centrifugal separation technology is a new technology developed based on the state of particles in practical centrifugal conditions. Particles with different densities, sizes, or shapes settle at different rates under centrifugal forces of varying speeds, allowing roughly spherical heterogeneous mixtures to be separated by centrifugation. This centrifuge is designed for further biochemical research and large-scale substance separation, such as cell collection, plasma separation, extraction of DNA and proteins from purified preparations, as well as isolation of viruses, large-scale Escherichia coli, cellular components, and nucleoprotein particles.
II. Main Technical Parameters
-
Power Supply: AC 220V 50Hz
-
Motor Power: 25W
-
Rotating Speed: 400–4000 rpm
-
Centrifugal Capacity: 20ml×6
-
Relative Centrifugal Force (RCF): 1790×g
III. Operating Instructions
-
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench in a clean, tidy environment with moderate temperature, humidity, and good ventilation.
-
Before use, set the speed control knob to the minimum position.
-
Insert centrifuge tubes containing substances to be separated into the instrument’s dedicated holders. To ensure stable operation and avoid excessive vibration, the volume of substances in each tube must be approximately equal, and tubes should be inserted symmetrically. Close the cover.
-
Select the timing mode by turning the timer knob to “Timing” or “Continuous” position.
-
Connect the power supply, switch the power to “ON”—the indicator light will illuminate. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired rotating speed.
-
Before shutting down, set the speed control knob to the minimum position, turn off the power switch, and disconnect the power supply.
