WFH-101B Automatic Gel Imaging and Analysis System images DNA/RNA gels, protein gels, etc. It analyzes bands, molecular weights, and conducts homology studies for life science labs.
With a touch panel, electric lens, and closed dark box, it enables easy adjustments, safe imaging, and gel-cutting without opening. Dual UV wavelengths and auto-shutoff boost efficiency.
A 5-megapixel CCD, 4.5OD dynamic range, and 0.01ng sensitivity ensure high-res, accurate results. Compatible with dyes, it suits gel-based experiments.

WFH-101B Automatic Spectrophotometer is used for the imaging and analysis processing of images such as DNA/RNA gels, protein gels, blot hybridization membranes (including Western, Southern, Northern, Slot, dot hybridization membranes), autoradiography films, microplates, thin-layer chromatography plates, etc. It can perform total quantity analysis, molecular weight analysis, cluster analysis, homology analysis, etc. on bands, spots and any other target regions.

Main Features

Multifunctional control panel with touch buttons, making function selection simple and convenient.
Full automatic control of lens zoom, focus, aperture, transmitted ultraviolet lamp and reflected lamp can be carried out through software or the chassis panel.
Electric lens: Professional zoom lens, which can easily adjust parameters such as aperture, zoom and focus.
Top-mounted white light source: Its uniformity enhances low-brightness images.
UV-proof observation window: The sample can be observed without opening the dark box door.
Gel-cutting opening: Gel can be easily cut and recovered without opening the dark box door.
Closed dark box: The dark box design provides clear and stable shooting conditions for gel imaging.
Timing protection function: If no command is input within 10 minutes, all light sources are automatically turned off to prolong the service life.
Double-sided reflection: Dual-wavelength ultraviolet light sources of 254nm and 365nm.
A variety of accessories are optional: UV-white light conversion screen, UV/blue light conversion screen, multi-wavelength transilluminator, etc.
