Description

Technical Specifications

I. Overview
Centrifugal separation technology is a new technology developed based on the behavior of particles in practical centrifugal scenarios. Particles with different densities, sizes, or shapes sediment in distinct centrifugal environments. Thus, a roughly spherical heterogeneous mixture can be separated via centrifugation. Centrifuges are used to further research biochemistry and separate large quantities of substances—for example, collecting cells, separating plasma, isolating DNA and protein molecules from these pre-purified preparations, and also separating viruses, large-scale Escherichia coli, strict cell components, nucleoprotein particles, etc.

This machine adopts a brushless motor and microcomputer control, with automatic RCF (Relative Centrifugal Force) calculation and setting. It features multiple program protections, simple operation, and maintenance-free advantages.

4×100ml (at 10,000 rpm)
6×50ml (at 12,000 rpm)
12×1.5ml (at 16,000 rpm)
Relative Centrifugal Force: 18,390xg
Dimensions: 360×420×320 (mm)

Weight: 70kg
Noise: ≤ 65dB (at maximum speed)

III. Usage Method
Insert centrifuge tubes containing substances to be separated into the tubes provided with the machine. To ensure stable operation and avoid strong vibrations, the amount of substance in each tube must be roughly equal. Insert them symmetrically into the machine’s centrifuge tubes, then close the cover.
Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch (at the back of the instrument).
Press the “Select” key. According to the display prompt (flashing numbers), use the ▲/▼ keys to select the required rotor number (3).
Press the “Select” key again. According to the display prompt (flashing numbers), use the ▲/▼ keys to select the required speed.
Press the “Select” key once more. According to the display prompt (flashing numbers), use the ▲/▼ keys to set the required working time.
Press the “Confirm” key, then the “Start” key. The centrifuge will begin operating. When the set working time is reached, an alarm will sound automatically.

IV. Maintenance
Proper use and maintenance keep the instrument in good working condition, extending its service life.
During continuous operation, conduct regular inspections every three months: Check for water droplets, dirt, etc., in the motor and control components; inspect fuses, control components, and fastening screws.
Natural wear is normal after long-term use. If faults (e.g., abnormal motor noise, bearing wear, or electronic component failure) occur after one year of use, our company will continue to provide high-quality service to assist with repairs.
