2-Year Warranty Coverage

E-Jay Medical offers a comprehensive 2-year warranty on the main unit of most of our medical equipment, starting from the date of production. For specific product categories—such as certain imaging devices or specialized instruments—the warranty period may vary between 12 to 16 months, depending on the model. Please refer to the product specification for exact coverage.

If a malfunction occurs due to a quality-related issue within the warranty period, E-Jay Medical guarantees free repair service.

Spare Parts Availability

E-Jay Medical commits to providing spare parts and technical support for all products for a minimum of 8 years from the date of delivery.

Product Upgrade Service

As a value-added service, E-Jay Medical offers applicable firmware or functional upgrades during the product’s lifecycle to meet evolving performance or application needs. Please note that upgrade services are not applicable to all models.

Replacement Process

When a fault is confirmed to be resolved through parts replacement, E-Jay Medical will ship replacement parts free of charge, including freight. Customers are expected to return the defective components following E-Jay Medical’s return shipping instructions after completing the replacement.

Post-Warranty Service

For service requests outside the warranty period, E-Jay Medical provides a detailed cost breakdown and proforma invoice. Upon receipt of payment, we will perform the necessary repairs and return the functional parts. All components undergo strict quality testing before dispatch.

Warranty Exemptions

  • The warranty does not cover issues caused by intentional damage, negligence, misuse, or non-compliance with E-Jay Medical’s operating guidelines.
  • Tampering with or removal of original serial number labels or product identification voids the warranty.
  • Consumables, accessories, and materials are not covered under the main warranty, but may be supported under separate provisions.
  • Third-party or non-E-Jay Medical components are not covered under this warranty.
