Introduction to the Separated Type

The front – worn overlapping – placket separated suit skirt, while retaining the advantage of weight distribution of separated protective clothing, uses fabric with 0.25mmPb on both the front and back. The two front pieces completely overlap, providing combined protection of 0.50mmPb. It meets national standards and reduces the weight of the lead apron.

It can be upgraded to a seamless lead apron. The top is cut and sewn from a single piece of lead rubber, leaving no gaps in protection.

Fabric

There are various product fabrics, with more than 30 kinds of nano – high – tech materials available for selection. Advanced cutting – edge technology is adopted, making it more upright and comfortable to wear. The material is firm, has good tensile and wear resistance, is not easy to tear, and has excellent abrasion resistance. It is resistant to high temperatures, waterproof, and antistatic. It can be easily cleaned and maintained after long – term use, and is convenient even for disinfection. This material has strong corrosion resistance. When exposed to common medical contaminants such as iodine, blood, or body fluids, it will not be affected, making your cleaning easier.

Core Materials

The inner core protective material is composed of 4 layers of unique material layers with 0.125 lead equivalence. In the design, production, and cutting processes, the 4 layers of 0.125 require more labor and energy costs. However, since the core material of a single layer (0.125) is very thin, it will greatly improve the softness and comfort of the product. It feels very soft and comfortable to the touch. If worn on the body, it will feel very light, without the discomfort to the body. With the same lead equivalence, the weight of the rubber can be reduced by about 15%, making it more convenient for you to use, conserving physical energy, and helping to improve work quality.
