• Tight and Uniform “Film – Intensifying Screen” Laminating Performance

  1. High – elasticity and breathable lining sponge is adopted, which has good elastic recovery performance. When the external force applied to the sponge stops, the deformed sponge will immediately return to its original shape. The advanced sponge manufacturing process ensures that the sponge still maintains good high elasticity after long – term use. The sponge is wrapped in cloth, so it is convenient and quick to replace the intensifying screen without damaging the sponge.

  2. The innovative arc – shaped cassette cover design is combined with the high – elasticity and breathable sponge, which can fully squeeze out and exhaust the air in the cassette when the cassette is closed, ensuring the tight and uniform lamination of the “film – intensifying screen”.

  1. Special plastic connecting corners are used, which are highly tough and impact – resistant. Even if they accidentally fall from a height of 1 meter, the plastic connecting corners will not be damaged or broken when they hit the concrete ground directly.

  2. The cassette is made of high – strength aluminum alloy profiles and high – strength aluminum plates of Chinese famous brands, and is assembled and formed with advanced fastening technology. It is lightweight and durable, and can ensure no deformation or light leakage during long – term repeated use and collision.

  3. Automatic opening and closing device of the cassette cover: Just gently push the opening button on the cassette cover, and the built – in spring system will automatically open the cassette cover; gently press the edge of the cassette cover, and the cassette can be easily closed. The operation in the darkroom is very convenient and quick.

  • The X – ray photography surface of the cassette adopts the domestic leading PVC leather laminating technology, which is firmly and closely laminated. Compared with the traditional electrostatic spraying process, it eliminates the artifacts formed by the dust and impurity particles solidified on the irradiation surface during X – ray photography, and improves the quality and efficiency of film reading and diagnosis.
