Tight and Uniform "Film-Intensifying Screen" Laminating Performance

• Adopts high-elasticity and breathable lining sponge with good elastic recovery performance. When the external force on the sponge stops, the deformed sponge immediately returns to its original shape.
• Advanced sponge manufacturing process ensures good high elasticity after long-term use. The sponge is wrapped in cloth, making it convenient and quick to replace the intensifying screen without damaging the sponge.
• Innovative arc-shaped cassette cover design combined with high-elasticity and breathable sponge can fully squeeze out and exhaust air in the cassette when closed, ensuring tight and uniform lamination of "film-intensifying screen".
• Cassette Imaging Effect (Local Magnification of 14"×17" Film): In the screen-pattern detection film, dot patterns are distinct in layers, imaging is stable, and definition is high. Complies with the ISO 4090 international standard.

Convenient Operation, Lightweight and Durable, Long Service Life

• Uses special plastic connecting corners with high toughness and impact resistance. Even if accidentally falling from 1 meter high and directly hitting concrete ground, the plastic connecting corners will not be damaged or broken.
• Made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles and high-strength aluminum plates of Chinese famous brands, assembled with advanced fastening technology. Lightweight and durable, ensuring no deformation or light leakage during long-term repeated use and collision.
• Automatic opening and closing device of the cassette cover: Gently push the opening button on the cassette cover, and the built-in spring system automatically opens the cover; gently press the edge of the cassette cover to easily close the cassette. Operation in the darkroom is convenient and quick.
• X-ray photography surface adopts domestic leading PVC leather laminating technology, which is firmly and closely laminated. Compared with traditional electrostatic spraying process, it eliminates artifacts formed by dust and impurity particles solidified on the irradiation surface during X-ray photography, improving the quality and efficiency of film reading and diagnosis.
• Irradiation surface laminated with PVC leather further improves the imaging effect.

• Advanced light-shielding frame structure design, combined with sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment and mass production molds, gives the cassette good light-shielding performance, completely blocking external light.
