X-ray Film Illuminator YH PD-0B1-E

  • Features a 4000cd/m² high-brightness LED backlight (10000K color temperature, ≥90% uniformity) with auto-brightening on film insertion. Complies with YY/T 0610-2007 standards, ensuring clear, consistent visualization for analog/digital/mammography films.

  • Boasts a 4cm-thin, stylish acrylic-paneled structure with independent bank controls. Supports wall/table/bracket mounting, plus wide brightness adjustment (300–4000cd/m²) to fit diverse clinical environments (ambient ≤100 lux).

Description

Product description

  • Model: PD – OB1 – E

  • Specification: Single – bank, double – bank, triple – bank, quadruple – bank (The illustrated specification is double – bank)

Feature Descriptions

  • Adopts double acrylic light – transmitting panels, with high light transmittance, more uniform and soft light output; long service life, not easy to deform or yellow.

  • Film insertion auto – brightening function: The film – viewing area brightens immediately upon insertion, simplifying operation procedures and being energy – saving and environmentally friendly.

  • LED backlight technology: No dark areas in the film – viewing area, and the brightness uniformity of the observation screen is greater than 90%.

  • Complies with the mandatory brightness, uniformity, stability, color temperature and other standards of the national X – ray film illuminator YY/T 0610 – 2007.

  • Independent control function for each bank (brightness adjustment, observation screen always – on, film insertion auto – brightening).

  • Cylindrical compression – type film – clamping device: Easy film insertion, firm film clamping, and easy film removal (as shown above).

  • Wide – range brightness adjustment function (300 – 4000cd/m²): Fully meets the reading and diagnosis requirements of different density films such as analog, digital, and mammography films.

  • Adopts a built – in 90V – 240V power supply.

  • Even soft paper can be easily clamped.

Design – Related

  • Elegant and Slim Design: The panel design with a three – dimensional sense of hierarchy, choosing moon – silver and dark gray as the color matching of the frame, and using new materials such as high – strength electrophoretic aluminum alloy and plastic alloy, showing a noble and generous quality; slim appearance, with the whole machine thickness only 4cm.

  • The average brightness of the observation screen reaches above 4000cd/m² (illuminance 13000lux): Using LED as the backlight, compared with the original CCFL tube LCD products, the average brightness is increased from the original 1500cd/m² to 4000cd/m² (≈13000lux) or more, applicable to the reading and diagnosis of high – density digital films and mammography films. The light source color temperature of above 10000K with a slight blue tint, compared with the 6500K white light, is more suitable for film reading and diagnosis.

  • LED/LCD film illuminator table stand, specification 1 – 4 banks.
