Usage Method

1. Open the package, take out the tape, and unfold it from the starting end.

2. Secure the end of the tape first, then wrap with moderate tension—each turn should cover at least half the width of the previous turn.

3. Ensure the last turn does not touch the skin; it should fully cover the previous turn for good adhesion.

4. Press the end of the tape with the palm for a few seconds to secure it.

5. It is recommended to use with foam tape to reduce skin discomfort when removing the tape.
