Hydrogen Peroxide Low-Temperature Plasma Sterilizer SQ WD Series
Low-temperature plasma H₂O₂ sterilizers use high-frequency electric fields (low temp/vacuum) to generate plasma, eliminating microbes via active substances and H₂O₂.
Sterilizes endoscopes, medical tools, and materials like metal, glass, silicone, rubber.
Models SQ-WD-100 (100L, 3.4KVA), SQ-WD-135 (135L, 3.5KVA), SQ-WD-190 (190L, 4.3KVA) with varied dimensions.
Features
Equipment Principle
Low-temperature plasma hydrogen peroxide sterilizers generate plasma through high-frequency electric fields under low-temperature and vacuum conditions. Active substances within the plasma react with proteins and nucleic acids in microorganisms, destroying them and disrupting their survival functions. Additionally, with H₂O₂ as the medium, it acts on microbial cells to further eliminate microorganisms.
Scope of Application
Items and materials that can be sterilized include:
Hysteroscopes, laparoscopes, laryngoscopes, probes, rigid endoscopes, flexible endoscopes, ophthalmic lenses, fiber optic cables, intracranial pressure sensors, cryotherapy probes, prostate resectoscopes, esophageal dilators, electrocautery instruments, defibrillator motors, laser heads, as well as metal, glass, silicone, and rubber materials, etc.
