二、Principle and Scope of Use
For fluorescence analysis: Fluorescent substances are compounds with luminescent properties. When fluorescent substances are irradiated by ultraviolet rays, the energy of the ultraviolet rays excites the electrons of the molecules to jump to a high electronic energy level, and then the substances are in an excited state. After this energy is absorbed, the molecules of the fluorescent substances start to return from the excited state to the ground state. During this process, energy will be released, and this energy will be emitted in the form of fluorescence. It is mainly applied in: bio – genetic engineering, molecular genetics, medical and health care, biological products, drug research, health and epidemic prevention, dye chemical industry,
