Ultrasonic Bone Densitometer KJ OSTEOKJ7000+

  • Completes tibia/radius ultrasound measurement within 30s, calculates SOS and other parameters via axial reflection technology. Features 1.25MHz probe for normal and slightly obese subjects.

  • Supports Windows/Android systems, covering data entry, multi-parameter calculation (T-score/Z-score, etc.), report customization, and dual-monitor display (Windows only). Enables QR code generation for result inquiry.

Description

Product Usage Information

This product uses ultrasound to measure the tibia or radius. It can complete the measurement within 30 seconds, and the waveform is displayed in an analog form on the monitor during the measurement.

This product is a Class II active medical device and must be operated by professional personnel who have received training.

Intended Use

Uses ultrasound to detect the bone density of the tibia or radius.

Working Principle

Measures the ultrasonic speed (SOS) along the direction parallel to the tibia or radius through axial reflection technology, and calculates a set of parameters to reflect the bone quality.

Main Uses of the Probe

The KJ – PW – 1.25MHz ultrasonic probe is more suitable for normal subjects and slightly obese subjects.

Software Functions

  • Can set the date, time, and input subject information; prompt measurement steps, provide print preview, and print diagnostic reports.

  • Calculate and display T – value, Z – value, adult ratio, peer ratio, bone biological age, BQI, RRF, and EOA based on SOS.

  • Perform instrument calibration, set interface parameters (applicable to the Windows platform), manage report information, set startup options (applicable to the Windows platform), preview before printing, support touch – screen input (applicable to the Windows platform), set languages, restore default functions, and enable report query, deletion, backup/restore.

  • The software can generate a QR code. Use an internet – accessible device to scan the code to obtain inspection results.

Two Power Supply Modes

For user convenience, this product provides 2 power supply modes (DC power supply mode and AC power supply mode) for users to choose according to actual situations.

Use a positioning scale to measure from the arm to the top of the middle finger (excluding the lengthBone of the nail), mark the position at half the length; this position is 1/3 of the distal radius.

Report Output

  • For subjects aged ≥ 20 years
Displays the subject’s ID, name, age, gender, date of birth, and measurement site; the measurement results show the measurement date, T – value chart, comparison chart of T – value and Z – value with average values (the orange bars represent the subject’s T – value and Z – value, and the green bars represent the average of T – value and Z – value), SOS value, T – value, Z – value, adult ratio, peer ratio, bone biological age, BQI, RRF, and EOA; the result analysis shows the software’s judgment of the subject’s bone quality (including normal, osteopenia, osteoporosis).

  • For subjects aged < 20 years
Displays the subject’s ID, name, age, gender, date of birth, and measurement site; the results show the measurement date, SOS value, Z – value, bone biological age, peer ratio, Z – value chart, obesity chart, etc.; in the growth analysis list, the displayed values include father’s height, mother’s height, current height, weight, reference height for each age, height prediction, and body mass index.

Horizontal/Vertical Screen Switching

The Android version can have both horizontal and vertical screen interfaces according to the placement of the tablet or mobile phone (if vertical/horizontal screen lock is set in the system, it will be displayed according to the system settings). The functions in each horizontal and vertical screen interface are completely the same, only the interface format changes.

Detection Record Search

You can enter the name, number, year of birth, and inspection time in the search conditions. Only one of the name, number, and year of birth can be filled. After entering the search conditions, click the “Search” button, and all subject records that meet these conditions can be searched out, and the subject information will be displayed in the list.

Custom Report

Users can customize whether hospital information, bone biological age, children’s chart, predicted osteoporosis age, doctor’s signature, department, bed number, contact number, and header icon need to be displayed in the report.

Interface Settings

Interfaces such as PACS, ID card information reading, database view, file reading and writing, Web Service, and scan code to obtain reports can be set.
